Rickey Ray Outhier

Rickey Ray Outhier was born February 8, 1951, at Okeene, Oklahoma to Everett and Dorma Lee Outhier, and passed away February 29, 2024, at the age of 73. Ricky attended and graduated from Okeene High School and was a resident of the Okeene community for his entire life where he was an independent truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Dorma Lee Outhier, and one brother, Jimmy D. Outhier.

He is survived by one nephew, Rex Outhier, as well as other relatives and close friends.

Graveside services for Rickey will be held Friday, April 5, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery in Okeene, with Deacon Mike Buchanan officiating and Wilkinson Mortuary handling the arrangements.
